Hey tyan,

The lowest version I got information technology PlexMediaServer_0.nine.7.17.469-tk_arm-x19, AFAIK there were not official packages available back and then in the get-go for the x19. That's why I created the packages myself (based on the Syno if I remember correctly).

Hither the link to my MEGA binder containing the packages I still got - I did apply it back and then but not in recent years since I move to x86 NAS.

Just: I did some googling to get the exact string for the version and establish information technology on the QNAP russian: https://qnap.ru/support/download?production=3175, search for "PlexMediaServer_0.nine.16.6.1993-5089475_arm-x19.zi" ... it'southward at the bottom of the folio.

Hi Thyan,

Glad I could be of help. About the Plex forum: I know there are some very good & friendly guys at that place (e.g. dane22), maybe at the weekend it takes a bit longer to get an reply.

About the backup of the library: Yous could have a await at the thread How to movement Plex database from one QNAP NAS to another? and specifically at the reply from dane22.

Information technology'south a subfolder in the Plex Media Server application folder. In instance of your NAS the path is probably not starting with /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA but /share/HDA_DATA or something similar.

Ideally y'all'll comfortable with Linux command line and SSH/PuTTY. If not you can follow the advise from ChuckPA How exercise you backup the Plex Metadata. Basically the same every bit above but information technology describes how to create a shared folder which points to the Plex library directory. That way yous tin copy these files using Explorer or similar tools. Of form alway stop Plex before any backup or restore operations.

Cheers
Thomas

Hey,

Only to confirm: 0.9.16.half-dozen from the russian side is the newest I found at the fourth dimension. The latest of the packages I created is 0.nine.8.6.175, and then quite a bit older
